MoveFrames Terms of Use

1. What MoveFrames is
MoveFrames provides ready-made, scroll-powered animation scenes that you can embed on your website using our official code snippet. The service is operated by WebByAnnie AB (Sweden). By using MoveFrames you accept these terms.
2. What you may do
- Embed scenes for free on websites you own or manage, including client projects, using the official snippet served from moveframes.com
- Use the scenes with your own videos and images
3. What you may not do
All code, scenes and related assets are the intellectual property of WebByAnnie AB and protected by copyright. You may not:
- Copy, download, re-host or self-host the code, in whole or in part
- Modify, decompile or create derivative works from the code
- Sell, sublicense, redistribute or repackage the code or scenes, alone or as part of another product, template or library
- Scrape, bulk-download or access the service in ways other than the official snippet
The only permitted way to use MoveFrames is by loading it live from moveframes.com through the official snippet.
4. Your content
Videos, images and other media you connect to a scene remain yours and your responsibility. You must have the rights to any content you use.
5. No warranty
MoveFrames is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that any scene or the service as a whole will continue to exist or remain unchanged. Scenes, features and these terms may be changed, updated or discontinued at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebByAnnie AB is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, MoveFrames or any embedded scene.
7. Fair use
We may limit or block usage that abuses the service, harms other users, or violates these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
